About the Role:

L Lynch Plant & Haulage is looking for an experienced

Drainage Gang

to join our team on a major Tier One client project near Inverness. You'll be responsible for carrying out all aspects of drainage works, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery on site. The role requires a skilled team with proven experience in deep and shallow drainage installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out installation of drainage systems including pipes, manholes, and chambers. Work to drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality. Operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety and site procedures. Assist with setting out and levels as required. Work closely with the Ganger and Foreman to meet programme targets. Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised work area. Report progress, issues, and material requirements promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as part of a

Drainage Gang

or similar role within highways, utilities, or civil engineering. Competent in installation of deep and shallow drainage. Valid

CSCS Card

CPCS

or

NPORS

for relevant plant (e.g. Excavator, Dumper, Roller) preferred. Good understanding of site safety and drainage construction methods. Ability to work as part of an efficient and reliable team.
