Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Catering Assistant/Driver to work for our fantastic school - St Martin's - we want assistants who are dedicated to serving exceptional food to our exceptional students!

This is a fabulous role with a great existing team and wonderful clients to match!

Zero Hours position, primarily required at St Martin's School, but must be able to cover the local area.

You will be supported with a company that gives training on all aspects of the role and invest in your growth and personal development.

Key duties in this role include:

Simple food prep - including Sandwich and Salads Serving the Children and teachers Allergy awareness
We are a bright and happy company, looking for happy people that are passionate about cooking and making great food for everyone including our children.

Catering experience within education sector is preferred however, applicants with similar experience would also be considered.

The successful candidate must hold a full, clean driving licence and be able to drive a manual van.

The Pantry is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references before employment is confirmed.

The role is Zero Hours, but our Catering Assistants usually work between 10am and 2pm, Monday to Friday, term time only (38 working weeks) -

so that's all of the school holidays off!

Pay: 12.21 per hour
