7.5 Tonne Drivers (CPC & Digi Tacho) - Immediate Start!

A well-established courier company is looking for reliable 7.5T drivers with CPC and digital tacho for commercial deliveries. This is a temp-to-perm role with long-term potential. Call now: Sarah - 07762 129329

Role Includes:

20 drops & collections per day Palletised goods with tail lift

Duties

Operate various types of vehicles including vans and flatbed lorries for deliveries. Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and performance. Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate loading and unloading of cargo. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns. Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organisation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Valid 7.5T licence, CPC & Digi Tacho (preferred) Minimum 1 year of driving experience (preferred) Valid driving licence with a clean driving record. Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely in various conditions. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
