Job Summary

To support the smooth running of the window fabrication business by carrying out driving duties, general warehouse and workshop support, and assisting with day-to-day tasks as required. This is a varied role, ideal for someone reliable and hands-on.

Being able to adapt to a fast changing work environment without fuss.

Work on site might be required depending on the company requirements. The ideal person will want to help and fit into the existing staff environment to ensure smooth and a pleasant place to work.

The position is ideal for a young and mature person with a good work ethic and common sense and are looking for a long term career.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to Health & Safety Regulations Safely load and unload materials as require Deliver fabricated windows, doors and associated products to customers, sites and suppliers Assist the workshop with general duties, such as moving frames, handling glass and organising materials Support fabricators with preparation tasks Provide Ad Hoc support with fabrication and installation team when required Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards Operate various tools and machines safely and efficiently as training progresses Valid driving licence Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is beneficial Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast paced setting. Be 100% reliable
Age 25+ required for Insurance purposes.
