Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Fixer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, allowing them to tackle diverse tasks efficiently. This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. The Fixer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities, ensuring that all work meets high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for construction and fabrication tasks. Perform dry lining and ceiling work Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within specifications. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Strong understanding of construction principles and practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Experience in plastering, fabrication, carpentry, masonry, and construction painting is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients. A proactive approach to work with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
