Job Purpose:
To support the delivery of the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) programme across CQC-registered social care providers, ensuring they meet national data protection standards and improve their digital maturity. The role involves coordinating project activities, engaging stakeholders, and providing hands-on support to providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
o Support the planning, delivery, and monitoring of DSPT support projects.
o Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reporting tools.
o Track progress against milestones and escalate risks or issues.
Stakeholder Engagement:
o Build relationships with social care providers
o Support relationships with local authorities, and ICS digital leads.
o Organise and facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-to-one support sessions.
o Act as a point of contact for DSPT-related queries.
Support Delivery:
o Provide tailored guidance to providers on completing the DSPT.
o Help identify gaps in compliance and support action planning.
o Promote best practices in data security and digital transformation.
o Support providers with Digital Health Checks
Data & Reporting:
o Collect and analyse data on provider engagement, digital health checks and DSPT completion.
o Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
o Contribute to evaluation and continuous improvement of the programme.
Skills & Experience Preferred
o Experience in project delivery or coordination within health or social care.
o Strong understanding of digital, data protection principles and the DSPT.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
o Knowledge of CQC regulations and the adult social care landscape.
o Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in care settings.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
o Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
o Can drive and has a car for business use
