Role Overview:

We are excited to offer an internal opportunity for a dedicated DSRS Co-ordinator to support the LEAN stock movement into DSRS on a 12 month contract. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders and stock deliveries, maintaining our high standards of safety, security, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the SRS system with precision. Accurately book in stock received from branches. Conduct quality and date checks on received stock. Pick orders in accordance with the SRS system. Dispose of out of date stock responsibly. Perform regular stock quality and date checks. Process electronic orders from branches promptly. Dispatch orders in a timely manner. Prepare and pack stock for collection and onward delivery to branches. Comply with all company SOPs, policies, and procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse environment and retail pharmacy is desirable.

Skills:

Basic IT skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Qualifications:

NVQ2 Buttercups qualification is desirable but not essential.
