Opportunity

Para Group Holdings are currently expanding and we are now on the look out for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to manage Dual Site Operations. If you have experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager and have a passion for providing the best outcomes for Young People then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of care staff on a day to day basis Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans in collaboration with families, healthcare professionals, and the children's multidisciplinary team. Oversee and Manage the Dual Site Operations Manage daily operations within the care home environment, including staffing schedules, resource allocation, and maintaining a safe environment. Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, policies, and standards related to child care and health & social care services. Provide leadership during audits and inspections, preparing documentation and demonstrating compliance with regulatory bodies. Support staff development through supervision, training, and mentoring to foster a motivated and competent team. Monitor quality assurance processes to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Work in accordance to Ofsted Guidelines and SCIFF

Skills

Proven experience in Ofsted Children Home as a Manager Extensive knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and Children Homes Strong Leadership Skills QCF Level 5 Children and Young People
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 60,000.00-65,000.00 per year
