Job Title: Relief Dual Service Officer/Security Officer

Location: The Galleries Shopping Centre

Hours: On average 30 per week

Pay Rate: 12.89

Description of Duties:

Liaising with members of the public / Contractors / Retailers Patrol the shopping area / Car Park / Back of House providing proactive security. Assist retailers with Shoplifters, aggressive customers etc. Maintain the Car Park Machinery and rectifying faults. Respond to emergency situations when they arise. (Fire Alarm, First Aid etc.) Accurately report all incidents in accordance with site procedures. Performing regular health and safety checks. Carry out Control Room Duties (including System Monitoring / Access Control / Equipment control / CCTV Duties). Carry out other duties as per site requirements. (Cleaning duties, event duties etc.) Provide Proactive support to the Centre's Management team as required.
Experience/Skill Requirements - Essential:

Security: 1 year (preferred) CCTV (preferred) SIA (required) Flexible and willing to learn procedures. A highly motivated individual Ability to work well within our team as well as to work unsupervised.
Experience/Skill Requirements - Desirable:

High expectation of customer service delivery. Cleaning experience
