Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required. Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Support the team in completing projects on time by performing various manual tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues to management promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
