Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling dental practice's. In this key role, you will manage a talented team, maintain smooth practice operations, and ensure that every patient receives the highest level of care. If you have a strong background in dental office management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for creating positive patient experiences, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the two dental practice's, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Supervise and inspire a team of dental nurses, hygienists, reception staff, and other practice personnel.
Develop and maintain a high standard of patient care, professionalism, and operational efficiency within the dental practice
Ensure the practice is compliant with all legal, safety, and regulatory guidelines, including CQC
Handle patient concerns and provide solutions to ensure complete patient satisfaction.
Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and appointment management.
Implement and enforce practice protocols.
Manage financial operations.
Assist in the recruitment and evaluation of practice staff.
Collaborate with the dental providers to optimise the patient experience and practice performance.
Work closely and report to the group Operations Manager
Qualifications:
Experience in dental management or a similar healthcare management role.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of dental software (Exact/Software of Excellence, Dentally, R4 or similar systems) is preferred.
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanour in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
Solid understanding of financial management principles relevant to dental practices.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively with dental professionals and support staff.
