Hub Box is looking for a Duty Bar Manager - Bar to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer.
As a Duty Manager Bar, you join our team too:
Lead the bar team in the delivery of our ambition Lead, manage, coach, mentor & champion our standards & culture Seek opportunities to grow & develop your team Recruit & select Bar team members Smash your Bar P&L & KPIs Craft the Bar rotas to ensure the right people are behind the bar at the right time
