Assistant Manager for Sales and Marketing

to join their business in the UK.

1. Main Work



Sales Support:



Assist in preparing and managing sales quotations, proposals, and purchase orders Coordinate with customers and internal teams to support the sales process Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and CRM systems Support communication with clients, including drafting and sending professional emails Help arrange meetings, calls, and site visits for the sales team

Administrative Tasks:



Perform general office duties, including document management, filing, and scheduling Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and business correspondence Support local accounting or logistics coordination as needed Serve as a liaison between the UK office and headquarters in Korea Manage office supplies, mail, and other day-to-day administrative functions

2. Qualifications



Proficiency in English document preparation and email communication is required. Able to communicate with client in English Korean : language proficiency at the native level 2 or more years of relevant work experience Work visa holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK

3. Salary & Other information



Annual Salary:

correction after interview

Recruitment:

Full-time (preferred) or a minimum 12-month contract. Part-time arrangements (minimum three days per week) are also possible.

Working hours:

Flexible within the following options:
1) If full-time: 8AM-5PM, Mon-Fri (1hour Lunch break)
2) If part-time: 8AM- 12PM, Mon-Fri (4hours a day, 20hours a week)
3) or 8AM-5PM, Mon-Wed (24hours a week)

Holiday:

20 days

5. Process



1st: Document review (Written review of submitted documents such as resume, self-introduction letter, and certificate) 2nd: Interview (comprehensive evaluation of skills required for job performance through interview and foreign language evaluation
