We are seeking a passionate and motivated person to join our team as a key holder/ duty manager for a busy live entertainment venue in Glasgow City Centre. This role is pivotal in supporting the senior management team in daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and bringing a fresh energy to a well established venue. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for live entertainment ensuring that our event space maintains high standards within a competitive industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supervise and lead a team, fostering a positive work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Train new staff members on operational procedures, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
Collaborate with the Management to develop sales goals and strategies for achieving them.
Qualifications
Proven experience in management or supervisory roles.
Personal License advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided to the right individual.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
