Work base: Creuddyn Sports Centre


The newly refurbished Creuddyn Sports Centre is the newest addition to the Ffit Conwy super gym range. The Centre facilities include a new gym, sports hall, changing rooms, tennis courts and a new 3G development in early 2026.


Ffit Conwy are have vacancies for two enthusiastic, vibrant, hardworking Duty Officers to join the management team at Creuddyn Sports Centre.


This is an ideal opportunity for any experienced relief duty officer who has ambitions to progress to more senior management roles within Ffit Conwy's Leisure Department.


The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and will be willing to assist senior management in developing and promoting an exciting and innovative leisure programme. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the centre including health and safety, customer care, financial procedures, rotas and supervising staff.


Having the ability to show experience in working within a team environment and also being able to demonstrate the capability of working on your own initiative will be advantageous.


A friendly positive attitude and good communication skills in English are essential for both positions. Being fluent in conversational Welsh is essential for one position and highly desirable for the other.
