We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children from nursery age through to early primary years. The Early Childhood Teacher will play a crucial role in fostering a love for learning, encouraging creativity, and supporting each child's individual growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
Manage classroom behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
Collaborate with other educators to ensure continuity of care and education.
Lead activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Experience
A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with children and parents.
Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics and promote positive behaviour among children.
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and encourage teamwork among staff members.
A passion for childcare and an understanding of the developmental needs of young children is essential.
