Salary P01: starting at 43,308 per annum rising in annual increments to 45,852 including LW

About the Team:

Early help supports families to overcome issues and plan for a brighter future. Early help can be provided at any point in a child's life, starting antenatally, through the early years and into the teenage years. The multi disciplinary team works collaboratively with wider Children's Social Care, our partners and the community to improve outcomes for families. We are a team that continues to learn from feedback - implement the learning to ensure that practice standards are improved. The practitioners are highly skilled and develop these skills further with ongoing training & curiosity which is evidenced in the work they do

About the Role:

As an Early Help Practitioner, you will be expected to hold a caseload, visit families, undertake assessments create a plan & review this regularly. You will do whole family work to hear not just the voice of the child but to ascertain how family systems work. The role includes collaboratively working with key partners and acting as the lead professionals within your caseload. You will ensure that your work with children and families is purposeful, that risk is identified and escalated appropriately, and interventions are targeted to the needs of the child and family. You should have excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills & be relational.
