Inspire Education Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Skills Trainer Assessor

to join our thriving Apprenticeship team. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to providing exceptional education and support to our students and their employers.

About the Role:



As a Skills Trainer Assessor, you will be at the forefront of developing the next generation of early years educators. Your role is pivotal in guiding students to success through assessment, coaching, and mentorship. You will work collaboratively with employers and industry partners to ensure our programs meet the highest standards.

What you'll do:



Inspire and Assess:

Deliver engaging assessments that challenge and motivate students.

Mentor and Coach:

Provide expert guidance and support to help students reach their full potential.

Build Partnerships:

Foster strong relationships with employers and industry stakeholders.

Drive Excellence:

Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain accurate records.

What you'll bring:



A Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational industry A Level 3 Assessment & Quality Assurance qualification (or willingness to obtain) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven assessment and coaching experience A deep passion for early years education
