Your Role: What will you be doing?




As an

Early Years Assessor

, you will work closely with our Training Support Officer to ensure our apprentices receive the guidance and support they need to thrive. Your role will include:


Introducing new apprentices to the programme and maintaining regular contact to

provide tailored support.

Monitoring apprentice progress

, accessing online portfolios, and implementing additional support when needed.

Supporting staff development

across settings by identifying relevant training and enabling completion.

Delivering in-house training

and sharing best practice,

ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Representing Daisy Fays at careers events to

promote apprenticeship and career opportunities.

Keeping up to date with legislation, policies, and procedures

to provide accurate, relevant guidance.

Responsible to the Training Support Officer

to ensure our delivery methods and standards are met.

You will play a key role in nurturing talent and ensuring our team continues to grow and excel.


Requirements: What are we looking for?




We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic professional who shares our vision and values. You'll need:


A full and relevant

Level 3 or above Early Years qualification or experience in delivering apprenticeships in the Early Years.

(essential).

CAVA qualification (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement)

-- or a willingness to work towards achieving it as training can be given. Experience supporting apprentices, staff training, or workforce development in an Early Years environment. Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Early Years legislation. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and support others. A passion for learning, mentoring, and helping colleagues reach their full potential.

Please note, due to our sector, all roles are subject to an

Enhanced DBS.

. All personnel will be required to subscribe to the DBS Update service once the DBS has been applied for.
