Are you passionate about child-led learning and building strong relationships with children and families? Join our experienced and accomplished team at Nurture Outdoor Kindergarten as an Outdoor Early Years 1:1 Support Assistant.

As an Outdoor Early Years 1:1 Support Assistant at Nurture Outdoor Kindergarten, you'll work within an experienced and accomplished team using your existing skills, experience and passion for child-led learning.

You will work closely with an individual child to enable their Individual Support Plan for up to 12 months. You will work closely with the Key Person and SENDCo. You will foster a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Progression to a Session Support or Outdoor Early Years Practitioner role is available for the right person.
