We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves working closely with children, fostering their development through play-based learning, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
Manage daily routines and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's learning.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development.
Lead group activities that encourage teamwork and social skills among children.
Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's educational offerings while adhering to relevant regulations and policies.
Skills
Experience in childcare, particularly with young children in a nursery setting.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and fellow educators.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
