Summary

We are seeking an Early Years Educator to join our team at Noahs Ark Under 5's. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing and educating young children, ensuring their development and well-being in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities for young children. Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's development. Observe and assess children's progress and adapt activities accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's needs and progress. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning atmosphere. Manage daily routines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Experience in childcare or early years education is essential. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication skills to engage with children and parents. A relevant qualification in early childhood education is preferred.
