Job Description

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team. Must hold a L3 Qualification

You must have a big smile, that will make every child's face light up, each and every day.

Throughout the course of the day you will undertake many varied roles: if a child requests you to be a super hero, you will be the best super hero you can be!

The ability to sing in tune is not necessary, however the ability to sing out of tune, in front of a crowd of tiny humans is essential!

You must have so much love to offer and big warm hugs, as and when required.

Having eyes in the back of your head is of the utmost importance. You must be comfortable with entering public places on your way home from work, with unknown substances on your clothing!

You must have the ability to read a story book upside down, with at least five interruptions per page!

And finally, you must be prepared to engage in lots of fun activities and be prepared to get messy! Your hair and nails will be hard to maintain, but it really is all worth it!

All New Early Years Educators will be eligible for a 1 off 1000 from the government upon completing 6 months in position.
