Summary

We are seeking an Early Years Educator to join our passionate team at The Blue Strawberry Kids Daycare Ltd in Leamington Spa. This role is vital in shaping the educational experiences of young children, ensuring their development and well-being align with our mission of providing exceptional childcare.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging early years curriculum that promote children's learning and development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's individual needs. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as necessary. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the daycare setting. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Support the overall operations of the day care as needed.

Qualifications

A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience is essential. Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or day care setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
