Summary
We're seeking an enthusiastic
Early Years Educator
to join our team in
Garforth (LS25)
.
In this pivotal role, you'll contribute to the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and education - all while working in a nurturing, supportive, and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging, play-based learning opportunities for children
Support each child's individual learning journey and milestones
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Collaborate with parents and carers to support development and routines
Observe, monitor, and record progress in line with the EYFS
Safeguard every child, promoting their welfare at all times
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
Participate in regular training and professional development
Qualifications / Experience
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (preferred)
Level 2 qualification or working towards Level 3
will also be considered
Previous experience in a childcare or nursery setting (preferred, not essential)
Knowledge of the EYFS and child development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
