Early Years Educator (Level 3 or above)

to join our warm and welcoming nursery in Manchester.

We are looking for a caring, motivated individual who is committed to delivering high-quality childcare and fostering a nurturing, creative, and inspiring environment where children can thrive.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator at Over The Rainbow Day Care, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education. You will help lead the implementation of our nursery ethos and curriculum, provide engaging and meaningful learning experiences and create a fun, hands-on, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the children in our care are healthy, happy and healthy. Delivering our ethos and curriculum. Observing, supporting, and extending children's learning and development. Creating and maintaining a rich, enabling environment. Maintaining accurate and effective children's records. Working in partnership with parents, carers, and external agencies. Demonstrating inclusive practice and supporting children with special educational needs. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety and other relevant legislation.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to early years education. The ideal candidate will:

Hold a

full and relevant Level 3 qualification

in Early Years Education. Be warm, nurturing, and passionate about working with children. Approach challenges with positivity and a solution-focused mindset. Have a sound understanding of safeguarding practices. Be experienced in working with children, families, and external professionals. Understand Ofsted requirements and expectations. Work well as part of a team and be confident using initiative.
