We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a preschool/nursery setting. We are particularly looking for someone with experience in working with children 2-3 years. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage the room environment and a drive to foster the development of young learners. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children aged 2-5 years.

Duties

Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote learning and development. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. Manage behaviour effectively, ensuring all children feel safe, valued and included. Communicate regularly with parents and care givers regarding the child's development and any concerns that may arise. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education. Maintain accurate records of children's achievements and development milestones.

Requirements

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience working with young children is essential. Previous experience in a Pre-school/Nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Ability to motivate and inspire both children and colleagues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development. Ability to mange multiple tasks efficiently maintaining attention to detail
