We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and developing the potential of young children in a safe and stimulating environment. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Must have relevant qualification L3 or above
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and well-being.
Manage classroom behaviour in a positive manner, ensuring a safe environment for all children.
Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience.
Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm and drive in all activities.
Skills
Strong leadership qualities to inspire both children and colleagues.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
A nurturing approach towards childcare, with the ability to engage effectively with young learners.
Familiarity with nursery settings is advantageous.
