Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to work full time for a Montessori Nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role is pivotal in supporting the development of children in their early years, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and education.

Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Manage daily routines, ensuring that all children receive appropriate care and attention. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early childhood education. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience within the nursery setting.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A background in early childhood education is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Excellent communication skills in English to interact with children, parents, and staff. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance children's learning experiences. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
