Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities for children aged 0-5.
Support the daily operations of the nursery and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Observe and record children's progress and development, providing feedback to senior staff.
Help with the preparation of resources and materials for various activities.
Promote positive behavior and social skills among children through guidance and support.
Engage with parents and families, providing updates on their children's progress.
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth.
Requirements
Passion for working with young children and interest in early childhood education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive nursery environment.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a real-world childcare setting.
