Assist in the supervision and care of children aged 0-5, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play Contribute to the creation of a stimulating, clean, and welcoming nursery environment Observe and document children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and respectful atmosphere Encourage children's independence, communication, and social skills through daily interactions Participate actively in training sessions and professional development opportunities Support with daily routines including mealtimes, hygiene, and rest periods, maintaining high standards of care and discretion
