About Us

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate

Early Years Practitioner

to join our wonderful nursery near

Wokingham, Berkshire, RG41!

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our brand new nursery! The ideal candidate will have previous nursery practitioner experience and is passionate about working with children.

Salary:

Up to 14.00 per hour /29,120pa(depending on hours, qualifications, and experience)

Days/Hours:

30 - 40 Hours 3, 4 or 5 full days Shifts between 7am to 6pm All Year Round / Permanent (We cannot accommodate term time/school hours)

Early Years Practitioner

Responsibilities

Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues Working as part of a team creating an environment in which children's individual needs are met and high standards of care are provided. Working alongside practitioners in supporting children's development, participating, planning and setting up activities for a range of children. Developing successful relationships with children and their families. Observing and tracking children's development and share this with parent/carers and other professionals.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)

Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role

Have great EYFS and safeguarding knowledge Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers Be eligible to work in the UK
