to join our brand new nursery in
Addlestone, Surrey, KT15.

Salary:
Up to 14.00ph / 26,000 - 28,000pa (Depending on experience/Qualifications)

Days/Hours: (Please see below)
3, 4 or 5 Days - 30 - 38.5 hours per week
Shifts between 7.30am - 6.30pm
*Please note we cannot accommodate school hours or term time
Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities
Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery.
Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families.
Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
A Level 3 qualified practitioner (or higher) with strong leadership experience
A calm, confident communicator who believes in connection over control
Someone who understands child-led, curiosity-based approaches and values slower-paced learning
A flair for building relationships -- with staff, families, and the local community
