We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our wonderful new nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a stimulating and safe environment for young learners, fostering their development through engaging activities and play-based learning. The Early Years Educator will also play a key role in communicating with parents and managing classroom dynamics.

Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
Communicate effectively with families regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and adherence to policies..
Support children in developing social skills, independence, and self-esteem.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare. (Level 2/Level 3)
Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage classroom activities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English.
A genuine drive to support children's learning and development.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to take initiative when required.
Knowledge of early years frameworks and best practices in childcare.
