Job Overview
We are seeking

qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3)

to join our established and vibrant nursery team.

This is a

hands-on role

within a busy UK early years setting and is suited to practitioners who are confident working within the

EYFS framework

, supporting children's development, and contributing positively to a professional team environment.

You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive.

Duties

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS Support children's individual learning, development, and emotional wellbeing Observe, assess, and record children's progress and share updates with parents Build positive, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures Support daily routines including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)


This role is not suitable for applicants seeking casual childcare work or career changers without relevant early years experience.

Previous experience working in a UK nursery or early years setting A good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development A caring, professional, and reliable approach to work Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team Confidence working independently within a nursery environment Supportive leadership and a welcoming team culture
