Hours:

2.5 days to 3 days with optional extras. Shifts between the hours of 8am-6pm.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at a vibrant nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to lead and manage a classroom of young children.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop
- Lead daily routines including meal times, naps, and outdoor play
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being
- Supervise and support children during play and learning activities
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning

Qualifications:
- Relevant Level 2 or above qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a classroom of children
- Ability to drive learning through play-based activities
- Excellent English language skills for effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues
