About us

Ilm Day Nursery Stoke is a Pre School Nursery in Stoke on Trent, ST1 4LY. Our goal is to Create a language rich environment where children can thrive and progress to becoming independent learners.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in the early years
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized care and support to meet the needs of each child
- Promote positive social interactions and encourage independence
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behavior

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children
