We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. This role is pivotal in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their development and learning through engaging activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and be committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all children.
Duties
Plan and implement educational activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Create a welcoming environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and develop their skills.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers as necessary.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational programme that meets the needs of all children.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning milestones.
Engage with parents and families to support their involvement in their child's education.
Experience
Previous experience in an early years setting is required, leadership experience is desirable.
Enthusiastic about early childhood education and eager to contribute positively to the lives of young learners.
Level 3 in Childcare is essential
This position is subject to a DBS check being completed and 2 references
