Our 2-4s room is a busy, bubbly space full of laughter, curiosity and creativity and we're looking for an enthusiastic Room Leader to join our family and guide this amazing team.

What you'll do

Lead a passionate team to create engaging, child led learning experiences for our wonderful 2-4-year-olds.
Ensure a warm, safe and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Support staff development through coaching, modelling best practice and celebrating successes.
Plan and deliver exciting, EYFS aligned activities that spark curiosity and imagination.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and the wider nursery team.
Be a role model for kindness, professionalism and enthusiasm -- helping your team (and the children!) shine every day.

What we're looking for

Level 3 or above in Early Years Education (essential).
Experience working with 2-4-year-olds and a good understanding of the EYFS.
A positive, can-do attitude, strong leadership skills and a love for teamwork.
Someone who can bring warmth, creativity and fun to everything they do.
