What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident, qualified early years professional who can lead a room with energy, creativity, and care.
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 or above
full and relevant Early Years qualification
Experience working in a children's day nursery
Room Leader or Team Leader experience
Strong knowledge of the
EYFS
,
Safeguarding procedures
, and
SEND support
Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centric care
Key Responsibilities
Lead your room and support your team to deliver outstanding early years education
Act as a Key Person and build strong partnerships with parents/carers
Ensure your room meets all EYFS and safeguarding standards
Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Support and mentor practitioners to grow and develop professionally
