Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support your team to deliver outstanding childcare Act as key person for an allocated group of children Plan, observe, and assess learning activities in line with EYFS Build positive relationships with parents and carers Ensure nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices are followed

Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential) Experience in a senior or room leader role Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding awareness Passion for early years education and professional growth
