Early Years Room Leader - Lead, Inspire & Make a Difference

About the Role

As Room Leader, you'll take pride in leading your room with confidence and care. You'll support your team, create inspiring learning environments, and ensure the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are met every day.

You'll be a role model, mentor, and motivator--someone who leads by example and brings out the best in both children and colleagues.

About You

You are passionate, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You love seeing children achieve and enjoy supporting your team to do the same.

You Will Bring

A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years

Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner

Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development

Confidence leading, mentoring, and supporting a team

Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues

A positive, proactive attitude and a love for learning

Montessori experience is beneficial but not essential
