We're looking for a dedicated and experienced

Baby Room Leader

to join our growing nursery. This is a key role where you'll lead practice in our Baby Room, support staff development, and ensure the highest standards of care for our little ones.

About You (Essential Requirements):

You

must

hold at least a

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare

You

must

have

experience in a senior role

within an early years setting You

must

have hands-on experience working with

babies under 2 years old

You are confident leading a team, supporting colleagues, and ensuring high standards of care and practice You are nurturing, reliable, and passionate about giving babies the best start in their learning journey
