Fixed Term - 26 August 2025 to 31 January 2026

Hours:

20 hours per week | Monday-Friday

Salary:

28,360.80 - 35,811.57 FTE (Pro Rata)

as our

Early Years Supervisor

within the Outreach Play Team in Cookstown, and play a vital role in delivering high-quality, inclusive early years services to local families.



In this rewarding leadership role, you will:

? Lead the delivery of engaging play sessions that support children's development and parental involvement

? Supervise and support a small, enthusiastic team in an outreach setting

? Identify children's developmental needs and contribute to early intervention planning

? Record observations and progress, producing individualised plans and supporting reports where necessary

What we're looking for:

? NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development or QCF Level 3 in Playwork or Childcare Learning and Development (or equivalent)



? Demonstrable experience working in a pre-school or outreach setting with 0-4-year-olds



? Experience in communicating effectively with parents/carers regarding their children's needs



? Excellent written and observational skills



? A confident, flexible team leader who can build strong relationships with families and professionals
