We are looking for a Qualified Early Years Teacher (or QTS) to join our 2+ room (children aged 2-5). This is an exciting opportunity to join our 'outstanding' as rated by Ofsted nursery. At Best Childcare you will work as part of an outstanding team, who provide a home from home ethos for every child, family and member of the staff team. As an Early Years Teacher you will benefit from a programme of continuous professional development, supported by the quality improvement team. In return we are looking for:

Holds an appropriate Early Years Teaching qualification (Early Years Professional Status/Early Years Teacher Status or Qualified Teacher Status) Is passionate about working with early years children Is experienced in delivering outstanding care, planning and teaching appropriate play based learning/ teaching based on children's thrills/ interests, age range and next steps Works in partnership with parents including developmental reviews and information sessions Has a secure knowledge of the EYFS, Early Years outcomes, Ofsted requirements and characteristics of effective learning Can meet deadlines and independently manage their work, including supporting the teaching practice of those within the team. To provide a playful environment, that supports the unique child through a playful approach while supporting 'school readiness'. Is reliable, organised, responsible, consistent and passionate about providing outstanding care for all children.
