What We're Looking For:

A

Level 3 or higher 'full and relevant' EYFS qualification

, or significant experience in an Early Years setting. Strong understanding of EYFS learning goals and developmentally appropriate practice. Someone who is

calm, confident, and enthusiastic

, able to support young children's learning and emotional well-being. A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
