are based in the South East. Working nationally as a Specialist Earthworks Contractor acting as Principle Contractor and Specialist Subcontractor, as part of Schemes within the Heavy Civils, Highways, Ports & Airports, Large scale Residential and Commercial Develops, Landfill and Quarry Sectors.

Role Description

Working as part of the existing senior management team, the role entails the following:

Senior manager with daily responsibility for multiple schemes up to 5million Interface with client Overall responsibility for Staff & Heavy Plant Resources on Multiple Schemes Commercial Management Appointment and management of sub-contractors Preparation and implementation of ITP Overseeing Engineering requirements Programming H&S Management

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' project management experience, within Heavy Civils/Earthworks Sector Ideally located within South East, willing to travel. Degree level education OR relevant trade qualifications in conjunction with previous experience/proven track record Ability to work independently A strategic thinker and decision maker References are essential

Pay: From 65,000.00 per year
