We're looking for an organised and proactive Eco Project Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our eco-installation projects. You'll play a key role in coordinating between our installation teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure every project runs efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking Installs: Schedule and confirm installation dates with customers and installers, ensuring all logistics are clearly communicated.
Installer Coordination: Arrange and sequence installer schedules to make sure all required works are completed in the correct order (e.g. pre-works, main install, aftercare).
Materials Management: Ensure the wider team is informed of upcoming installs so that all necessary materials and equipment can be ordered and prepared in advance.
Timeline Management: Liaise closely with Rob and the wider operations team to track project timelines and ensure all works are completed in line with deadlines.
Communication & Updates: Act as the central point of contact between the office, installers, and suppliers--providing regular updates, resolving scheduling issues, and keeping records accurate and up to date.
Quality & Compliance: Support the team in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance with relevant eco or sustainability project requirements.
Skills & Experience:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Experience in scheduling or project coordination (construction, eco, or renewable energy sectors preferred)
Proactive approach to problem-solving and timeline management
Confident using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and project management systems

Strong attention to detail
Team player with a "get it done" attitude
Reliable, adaptable, and able to work with multiple stakeholders
