Who are we?
My client is a Market Leading ECO Company specialising in Energy Efficient Home Improvements. The business has grown significantly in the last 6 years providing Home Insulation, Heating Upgrades and Electric Vehicle Charge
Points. They are now developing our Air Source Heat Pump and Solar PV offering; this puts the company in a great position to deliver on the government's plans to achieve 'Net Zero'.
In order to continue their expansion plans, they are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Installation Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company at the forefront of the domestic retrofit market.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the submissions team, managing forecasting and KPI's.
Working alongside the Head of Eco and reporting to the submissions manager you will be supporting with the administration and processing of all completed work to our funders.
Liaising with install managers from across the business to ensure you have accurate and up to date information on completed jobs in order to prepare a submission
Collecting pictures and cross checking against install notes and previous surveys to ensure work has been carried out in line with requirements
Ensuring all paperwork / installs adhere to current guidelines and compliance requirements
Submitting completed packs to the funders and tracking payments.
General administration tasks across all areas of the business from dealing with grants, Heating , Cavity Wall , Internal Wall, Loft insulation grants and all admin duties needed to complete the work flow from start to finish.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Previous experience within Eco is highly sought after.
Experience managing an ECO team is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
