Job Description

Established in 2018, Zenith Eco Solutions is an award-winning company that has an aim along with Britain to improve Britain's emissions. We aim to achieve this by installing energy saving measure in domestic properties across the UK. We specialise in installing insulation measure such as "Underfloor insulation", "Loft Insulation", "Cavity wall insulation" and "Internal Wall Insulation". We also install more energy efficient heating systems such as Condensing boiler upgrades and air source heat pumps.

Zenith Eco Solutions is a Trustmark accredited company which enables us to offer free or subsidized grants to our customers on the government backed ECO scheme.

At the Northwest Energy Efficiency Awards, Zenith ECO solutions were awarded Winners of the Regional Boiler & Heating Installer and Contractor of the Year for 2024,

In addition to the top honour, Zenith received commendation for the regional Solar PV Installer and Contractor of the Year Award. Our team's success continued with another commendation for the regional Renewable Heat Installer and Contractor of the Year Award.

We are looking for are next experienced ECO submission and compliance officers, to join our dynamic team here at Zenith ECO solutions!!



Full and part time roles available and hybrid working

You will be required to:

Assess documentation submitted to us and resolve queries via telephone and/or email Communicate effectively with our installer network Work towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork is submitted within the allotted timescales to utility partners Support our Retrofit Assessors and Coordinator with administrative duties and documentation. Understand how ECO works and relevant knowledge in ECO measures. Ensuring all ECO4 documentation is present and has been completed properly and correctly
To be considered for this role you will need to be organised to meet administrative targets and deadlines. The ability to keep accurate records and have impeccable time management skills is critical. You will have responsibility for ensuring all paperwork deadlines are met.

You will need to be confident on the telephone to liaise with surveyors, energy assessors and funding partners. In addition, you will need to be computer literate and be able to upload work to associated systems.

Liaising with surveyors, installers and Retrofit Assessors to ensure all paperwork is correct and handed in on time Preparing all ECO4 documentation for submission Checking EPR's and associated data Working to specific targets and submission deadlines Preparing all images from survey to install to make sure full ECO compliance is achieved
To apply for this role, you will need experience in the below:

Good IT skills and experience on computers

Experience of the ECO and the renewable industry is essential to be considered for this role

Good communication skills Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
The role is 08:30 to 17:00pm Monday to Friday based in Hunts Cross, Liverpool.

We will also consider part time hours for the right candidate. (part time at pro rata salary) and

Hybrid working for the right candidates

North west based candidates only

Competitive salary and achievable monthly bonus scheme

Pay: Up to 27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
